It is,
it is not,
it is or it is not,
it is and it is not.

We tried to find your requested page, but it was not found.

Please use the menu to navigate to your desired content.

This year we try to have a more organised Lost & Found service. Below you can find pictures of all the stuff that was left after the festival. It has travelled to a safe place in Göttingen, when you may get it or request someone to send it to you, when it is of great value to you, or maybe organise someone to take it to another festival, where you will be. Stuff not collected in one month will be donated away for free and will make someone else happy.

This is an extra service offered by festival participants. The organisation can not in any way be held responsible for lost personal things, as noted in the registration form. Please only use this service for non-trivial good of great personal value. Thank you.

Wer sich selbst um eine Privatunterkunft kümmern möchte;

Online Anmeldung hier:

Achtung:

We are happy to announce the 4th international

     SummerFlowFestival

in Schwangau from 16.-22. August 2020

Camp from 22.-24.8.20

Dear Ones,

it hits us shortly before the event ... actually I wanted to send the last information ...

It is difficult for me, but I have to inform you that, after lengthy correspondence and many telephone calls, the authorities are not approving the Summerflow Festival 2020 in Schwangau, despite the hygiene and protection concept.

After this information I am stunned, touched and sad.

So we have to cancel the event with a heavy heart! We are so sorry.

Kind regards,

Kabiro, Ingo and Daniel

Basically, it is our concern to keep the dance and meeting culture that we have developed over the years, which includes inner growth and creative expression, alive and soon to celebrate it again in its fullness ...

Close to the castle Schwanstein (nearby Füssen/Allgäu), the powerful Tegel mountain and some minutes by car from a lake, we will create a rich dance flow... in the natur, with Contact Improvisation, 5 Rhythm, Ecstatic Dance, Live-Music, Water-dance, Jams, Bodywork, Yoga, Sharing, Meditation... and all this as a time shared in a community holiday mood for tall and small.

We are happy to now fullfill our wish for being together in a longer community structured period of time with sharing our creativity and presence in a place close to the alp mountains including the elements of nature.

Like a small river is flowing next to our camp…we will develop our dance flow in this powerful natur, which unites expression, creativity, improvisation, consciousness, connectivity, intimicy, silence and extasy in presence.

Invited is a wonderful circle of international teacher, which will share their inspiration and experience outdoors as well as in the studio.

As a festival for families we like to offer fields of experiences for the children with the element of nature such as the trees, the water as well as the fire.

Our meals will be organic and vegetarian. The accommodation will be in your own tents, there is an option for some indoor beds in shared rooms for an additional fee.

The closeby cable car offers an idyllic scene of the mountains, as an alternative you can hike or use the fixed rope route. The lakes will be happy about your jump into the refreshing water and sleeping under the stars allows the magic to drop into your heart.

We are looking forward to the  FLOW….
The EASTER-SUMMER-TEAM
Daniel, Ingo & Kabiro

Space for playing with your creativity

This festival creates a unique platform for experiencing and experimenting, for teaching and learning, for exchanging and coming together. In intensives, workshops, labs, single lessons, spaces to perform, a room for silence and bodywork, different jams and special events, this festival offers spaces, where different artistic potentials can meet in an alchemist process …...

Auf Grund der aktuellen Situation müssen wir wahrscheinlich auch das Helferteam der Gegebenheit des Ortes anpassen, je nachdem wo es nun stattfinden wird...

Due to the current situation, we may also have to adapt the team of helpers to the circumstances of the location, depending on where it will now take place ...

- Welcome backstage –

...in other words... some essential supporter in the background, such as the fairies, the goblins and the midgets. If it wasn’t for their cheerful commitment and creative power the festival would be a different experience!

Dear Ones thank you for asking!

We have 6 optionsof supporting the festival and reduce your cost, nr. 7 is mostly chosen from us directly, but you can still ask. (See below)

For any question, details and contact, use <festival(at)summerflow.de>, thank you. Please check the opening of the registration for these questions, thank you.

If you want to be contacted in case that our waiting list was not long enough and a place becomes available please send an email with "helper on call" as subject.

And just for the clarity …

For every job in the crew, you have to contact us to see the availability of this job. Only after a "yes" you can register as a helper. Than you have to pay the deposit of 90 Euro.

If you cancel we have to keep the deposit! We always have a long waiting list for the helper jobs and want to be sure that the people which reserve the helper places are really coming to the festival.

All helpers need to be able to stay untill the end of the festival to support the "cleaning party"!

Welcome to the team!!!

Helperjob options

1. Kitchen:

Supporting the chef in the kitchen preparing the food with cutting vegetables, cleaning the kitchen, take care of the food area etc...
- Around 3,5 hours a day. You pay 190 Euro (if the deposit arrives until 18th July, from 19th July and later 220 €) for the whole Festival including classes, food, sleeping in your own tent.

2. Cafeteria:

Preparing the breakfast, helping during the eating times in the cafeteria, serving food, cooking tea, etc.
- Around 3,5 hours a day. You pay 190 Euro (if the deposit arrives until 18th July, from 19th July and later 220 €) for the whole Festival including classes, food, sleeping in your own tent.

3. TM helper..."Teachers Meeting AND Festival Supporter":

Preparing food, cleaning and support the "build up and take down" of the tent`s for the festival etc. during the Teachers meeting: you can join the singing, sharing and the evening jam. During the festival you will be part of Nr. 1 or 2, kitchen and cafeteria!!!

In these 2 days you`ll be working around 8 hours a day, depending on the flow and needs of the different areas it might be less or more... anyway you can always check in with the coordinator for having the pauses you need. In general people like the teamwork and you have to be clear that there is work that has to be done in order to start a beautiful festival. So everybody supports where ever it is needed during the teachers meeting.

You pay 70 Euro for the whole Festival including classes, food, sleeping in your own tent. The teachers meeting this year will start in the afternoon/evening of the 14th August 2020 until the evening of the 16th August 2020. TM helper arrival is probably at 4 pm (16 h) on the 14th August 2020.

4. Driver:

If you can come to the festival with your own car, you can apply for:

driver: we need 2 driver;

you come for the whole festival and you drive (with your own car) and shop 3 days around 4 hours per day. You pay 190 Euro (if the deposit arrives until 18th July, from 19th July and later 220 €) for the whole Festival including classes, food, sleeping in your own tent.

All driver can help us on the last day of the festival to support the cleaning party.

5. Build up, Build down & Technical support: Join this team and pay between 80-120€ depending on the amount of work. We start 2 days before the festival and finish around lunchtime the day after the festival ends. During the festival there will not be much work to be done.

team 5 is complete!

6. "Creative parent supporter":
You support in a way that you are creatively playing and caring for the children, so the parents can participate in the WS`s. DURING morning - or afternoon classes - around 3,5 hours. The other half of the day you can participate in the classes offered. You pay 170 Euro, including classes, food and sleeping in your own tent.

7. Fotos and/or Video
We are sometimes looking for support in these areas!

For the helpers of number 1,2 and 3 (during the festival);

Basically you`ll be able to take part in all the classes, maybe 1 or 2 times during the festival you might join the WS later or leave earlier for about 15-20 minutes. Most helper really enjoy the community aspect of being part of the team and having an additional integration.

For examle an emotional release, a mental sharing about your process here and now, sharing silence or ask for feedback and support.

The old Maori art is fun, strengthens the connection between the two halves of the brain, trains our coordination and acts like meditation.
We will practice everything it takes to swing a poy in dance and learn the first patterns of poy-swinging.
I play Poys since 1998 with and without fire, with big and small, on festivals and in the garden!

Inge Wöllhaf

My love for dance and bodywork I discovered in 1997 by training with Keriac and deepened by training in BMC Petra Vetter - since then, the dance and Kontaktimprovisation belongs to my life. Then I discovered the game with the fire and since then I play with it - with burning fire chains, fans and jump ropes - I love the sound of the flames flying around me.
I work in a forest nursery where children play and study in the forest every day, it is a pleasure to experience adventures with children and to provide sensual experiences.

Kids&Teens

Together, we'll pick a favorite song from you, work on a storyboard, find dance moves for the dance scenes, film, cut the movie, and add all together to create your very own DanceMusicVideo.
It would be fantastic if you tell me in advance your favorite song. Simply short title and artist by mail to: litiensemble (at) posteo.de THANK YOU!

You can try your hand at being an elgant artist, a hilarious clown, a mysterical magician, a dangerous fakir... A colourful programm with circus-games, theatre, dance, acrobatics, clownery, magic and juggling...
From 5 years.

Nela Adam

Nela came through physical theatre to dance; She played and researched with various free theatre groups in Austria, France and Spain. That's how she also discovered her passion for contact improvisation. She is currently working intensively on puppet and mask shows, street theatre, as well as therapeutic approaches in this area. She teaches dance and contact, theatre, children's dance and children's circus at festivals, in Munich and in the Bavarian Oberland.

Eduard plays saxophone (Tenor, Alto, Soprano) and flutes + vocal,  with a Jazz Band of his own ("Off Beat").

Many years of experience as a guest musicians in C.I. Jams  (Glarisegg, Freiburg, Schwarzwald-Jam, Tempelhof, Easter Impro Göttingen, München, Ulm ...)

Member of the Dance Performance Group "Sound Movers" in München.

As a bodyworker / osteopath I am interested in the energetical aspect of music and touch, from subtle-athmospheric  to wild and free.

Johannes Anzenhofer, born 1985, is a sculptor, musician and movement artist. He plays accordion, guitar, flute, percussion and sings. His dance draws on experience in capoeira, contact improvisation, contemporary and African dance. He plays music for dance events, festivals, jams, performances, weddings, etc. He lives with his family near Munich and works as a freelance artist and pedagogue.

I love to accompany dancers in their selfexpression. In different contac festivals I played the violin and I play in the Munic-Tango-Banda.

I work as a free lance musician, violin teacher and music therapist. Sound is the most importat element of my work in its multiple facets, colours and its subtle connection to sentiments and feelings.

Vibrations of Presence

Klaus Donarski is a Freiburg based musician, contact dancer, graphic designer and photographer. He loves to play contact festivals and jams and hosts music/singing/dance/healing spaces.
Coming from music production and DJing he made his way through many musical traditions, always searching for what is touching and finding nourishment in the magic of sound and silence. Toning, Mantra and Nada Yoga as pure, reduced and essential forms of music became inspiring practices.
At least the combination of music and dance improvisation is steady drawing his attention to further explore the dynamics of sound and silence, movement and stillness, connection, inner and outer awareness, relation, flow, harmony, chaos, contradiction and surprise. He is focusing on opening space for the experience of participating conscious in our creative living energy field, from which the movement of the body as well as the sound comes. Klaus uses presence, resonance and openness applied on piano, guitar and voice to empower and sustain space for this movement, a vivid process of giving and receiving on many levels – improvisation as a basic human gift of communication, healing and joy.

Pecussionist

Its always refreshing and surprising to create sound-atmospheres with other musician-artist.
Especially as a Percussion it is very exciting to improvise and to create sound landscapes in a sensitive way , flowing and at the same time accentuated.... created moment by moment.
I love to play Congas, Djembe, Waterdrums, Ngoni and Percussion instruments.

In various constellations and contexts, Miriam makes improvised music in dance halls in Germany and Switzerland. She plays piano, clarinet, accordion and sings. She is currently studying at the Zurich University of the Arts and teaches music, dance and singing in a scholastic and therapeutic context. She loves to play music for and with children and is keenly interested in opening doors for small and big people to freedom in her own musical-dance-like expression. In addition, Miriam is a psychologist, grew up in Bavaria and then spent her life in Italy and Switzerland.

From the longing for spontaneous liveliness, I was drawn to music & dance improvisation, over the years I was allowed to dance at many CI Jams and Impro Festivals & accompany them with sound.

I play on many instruments, such as flutes, guitar, percussion, frame drum, djembe, digeridoo, jew's harp, mouth bow, monochord... and I build my own instruments. Vocal improvisation and the use of effect and loop devices serve me as toys.
To accompany a CI Jam is something else than to perform a concert, because it is important to me to feel the dance field (to dance myself) and to listen to it, to let the "autopoetry" happen, how much is necessary and when is it right to let the noises and sounds of the dancers in the room or when to accompany them.
The music, dance and movement improvisation is the red thread on which I playfully experience existence, always fresh and amazed, it is a magical self-knowledge journey, which is not about arriving somewhere, but about the experience.

Since the year 2000 I may call myself integral dance leader (certificate CITA Munich), as co-organizer of the Liquid Lumen Ritual, `Rumble in the Jungle ́ Dance & Music ImproJam, the Munich ContacTango Festival and fellow players of the Soundmover Performance-group I find again and again space & time to dance and sound...

This workshop is a way to go together since the roots of the planet to the edge of the cosmos through this fabulous channel : the body! The first step will be based on the links with the environment, with the simplicity of conscious breathing. The next step is about our roots, our link to the floor, our anchor to the ground in order to intensify our stability, to strengthen our center (of mass). Then, the last step is linked with the space around (near and far) to facilitate the experience of lifts in Contact Improvisation. This dance workshop is an approach that is both holistic and technique, it is a journey proposed between earth and sky.

Bastien Auber (F)

Since 2011, he teaches Contact Improvisation in regular workshops, courses and festivals in France and abroad (Germany, Spain, Italy, Israel, USA, Russia, Ukraine, India). He trained in dance by traveling and working with many teachers of CI, instant composition and somatic approaches. His approach of bodies dynamics bodily is linked with the existing movements in nature (microcosm and macrocosm) and with the 5 elements. He teaches also "dance with ropes" workshops. He is also a geologist, practice meditation, Authentic Movement and attaches importance to the poetic dance. Currently he is interested in the field of subtiles bodies forming in Geobiology and Bioenergy.

In this Playshop we will explore and enjoy the interaction of Organs, Fascia and deep abdomial muscles and invite the juicy power of the "center" to support the spine in its mobility and vitality. Playing with developmental movement patterns we help the body to re-connect to deep sources of life energy. Fascial elasticity and smotheness facilitate effortlessness and joy in movement and being.
On this wonderful somatic base we will play with so called pathways to learn and deepen CI movement material, and to experience and understand the underlying principles (the technical and systematic approach of this seminar is based on the Contact Improvisation Training Berlin - www.dancecontact.de ).

With different scores we will create spaces and atmospheres where playfulness, technique and improvisation can flow into a multidimensional experience of this wonderful dance form.

Daniel Werner (D)

He studied Contemporary Dance at the North Karelia College in Finnland.Essential influences for his work come from Body-Mind Centering, Fascia Research, Satsang, Somatic Experiencing, NARM and living in nature and community. He loves creating evolutionary and conscious spaces to facilitate learning, development and celebration. He is the Co-director of the CI Training Program in Tanzfabrik Berlin.

Let your soul lead your life

Hosting and heal the imprint of Trauma in ourselves
Creating a transformative Culture

This workshop is an invocation of our soul energy and it’s leadership in a challenging time of decision making for or agains our aliveness in a global sense. What kind of acupuncture point you are in the world?  How can we be led by our subtle power which is bigger than the pain and fear we all host inside of us and which is also trying to lead us?

In a very practical way, I will guide you in the physical, emotional and energetic realms of light, movement and frozen structures in yourself and in our collective. In each of us, there is an ever changing and unique imprint of movement and holding waiting to be consciously felt and expressed, as part of our spiritual path.
We will explore together ways to host and heal the individual and collective imprints of trauma in ourselves.

When loves goes through skin...
I want to take you on a sensual, relaxing journey in trios.
I will lead you through a MASSAGE in trios with cacao butter.
Four hands are sliding along your body, releasing paining points and let you relax and enjoy.
Kakaubutter melts on skin, reduces stress, and makes your skin as soft as the skin of a baby.
And the best:
we all smell like choclade to bite in

Come as trios or solo, bring a towel and a blanket and two Euros for your piece of biological cacao butter.

Doing Massage with Kakaubutter I follow my inner flow on the bas of the technics I learned.

Diving into Contact Improvisation as an art of moving together with one or more partners from moment to moment of presence and awareness. We`ll take time for some exercises to deepen the understanding of the basic principles of this wonderful dance form. How can the dance inform our awareness? And how can our whole being infrom the dance? An understanding of our perception allows us to connect with our life force as a source for happiness and lightness in the dance and our movement exploration. A supportive communication opens the potential for deep integration of the experience. Touching and being touched already creates some of the magic...

Ingo Rosenkranz (D)

engages himself since almost 30 years with various movement arts and processes of consciousness. Teacher for dance, contact improvisation and Bodywork (Shiatsu, Tai Yoga Massage, Tai Chi, Qi Gong …). Holistic systematic coach.

The Authentic Relating Games gives us a chance to experiencemeaningful connection with others. These games are fun, interactive, exploratory tools that help us relate to ourselves andthen share it with others. We are given the opportunity to open ourselves up and be vulnerable in the presence of others. We areencouraged to speak our truth and be our authentic selves.
We will put this practice into our contact dance and see how itshapes our experiencence of the dance.

OutdoorWorkshop
Please bring a blindfoald

In this workshop we will play with different Contact principles.
Centerwork, using gravity for momentum, following intuitiv movements, bodysoul wisdom, falling and rolling will free our „body landscape" to make choices which way I will continue. We will discover new ways of moving and being fresh in our dances… .
The possibility to dance outdoors with the sensitivity that surrounds us, the different texture of the ground, with the limitless space around, the wind and the sounds of nature guides us naturally to our moving sources of dances and reflect us our potential in contact-improvisation.

For me Contact Improvisation means being flexible, playful, smooth, light, effortless, meditative, truthful, gorgeous, touching, connecting deeply, juicy, surprising, being embodied… a part of the earth… a moving landscape in universe.

My interest in bodywork leaded me into contactimprovisation from where i also started to explore freely the connection of body and voice and voiceimprovisation. I could deepen my knowledge about voice , sound and its interaction with our body at the Lichtenberger Institut where i did a three years formation as well. My interest beside the pure joy of dancing and singing is also based in the healing aspects of voice, touch and mouvement which i combine in lomi-massage sessions integrating my voice. Finally I am mother of three almost grown up wonderful kids!

this is an offer to connect deeply with your center and your life power that arises from there. We start with an inner journey connecting, feeling and expressing by sound and mouvement to set free the flow of the energy. We deepen this process by a common bodywork and end up in a celebration   of our playful, happy, juicy center with dance and music!

We get to know basic movements and principles of Capoeira. We will also learn to sing 2-3 simple capoeira songs. Playful and creative, we will experiment with this type of movement. The combative and playful energy of capoeira will be incorporated into our dance of contact improvisation.

Muriel Jeanne Mollet (CH)

is teacher at the Höheren Fachschule for contemporary and urban performing arts Zürich. She is working as a free lanced dance teacher, performer, instructor of Kampfesspiele® and water therapist. After her graduation as a pedagogue for dance & gymnastic (SBTG-Diplom 1989) she studied „Elementarer Tanz“ at the University of Sports Köln. She continued studying different dance- and improvisation techniques and martial arts (Capoeira, Shinson Hapkido and Escrima). She was founder and director of SURIEL dance theater (1993-97). For a long time she was a member of the research-, improvisation- & performance-group „x-group“. Performances with the Capoeira Show group and dancing in different dance productions guided her as a dancer through Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Brasil. Since 2000 she is teaching Contactimprovisation for different groups (dance-companies, disabled & normal people, +60, kids & teens,..). She will transfer her passion for Contactimprovisation in her teaching.
Joyful dancing, games, experimenting with movement and physical forces, discovering the extremes and limits, rhythm, music and flow are the most important in her teaching and dancing. There is a balance between technique, improvisation tasks and sensitive perceptual and awareness exercises.

We will focus on different ways of falling out of balance or keeping the balance together. Through several up building exercises of improvisation and technic with your partner or on your own we will find balance and also enjoy the state of being out of balance. We experiment and offer different possibilities of supporting the small falling of our partner. Dancing together, improvising and having fun together are also a goal of this afternoon.

Contango connects tango argentino, Contact Impro and freestyle dance.
By alternating leading and following the dance partners enter into intuitive flow of movement. Many small technical inputs bring creativity and inspiration into this sensual partner-dance.
Peters Contango technique opens authentic dances in closeness and autonomy, as well as creative flow. Elegant, sensual and hearts connected.

“I like giving positive, constructive feedback, and I emphasize enjoyment as a base for learning, as well as inner sensitivity. In my events I create a playful, unjudgmental space, that allows focused learning and open exploration. To be in deep contact with yourself, while at the same time connected to your partners is a focus that enables you to be true to yourself and to become really creative.”

On stage as a performer Peter crosses borders between theater, dance and music. Peter is co-organizer of the Glarisegg Contact Festival Bodensee and long-term member at the Now! Improvisation Festival in Berlin.

In this workshop we play with movement, language and qualities of voice. We will surprise ourselves, enjoy intuitive flow and play together. An adventure-trip into creativity of movement, voice and words.
The exercises open new forms of expression, far away from the pedestrian way of behavior. A surprising journey into original personal expression.

We will practice flying, catching, landing, fluid acrobatics, deft maneuvers. For the acrobatics everyone will work at their own level and will learn best by building group safety and trust-- everyone will do something new.
Practical acrobatics hat you take directly to the jam and builds from floor as partner.

Scott Wells (USA)

In 1981 Scott Wells discovered the pleasure of contact improvisation shortly after becoming obsessed with the struggles of modern dance.  He stuck with both, received an MFA in dance from the University of Illinois (1991) and currently directs a company in San Francisco.  Wells has created works for skateboarders, for boxers and choreographed West Side Story for Sonoma State University.   Scott has twice received the Izzie (San Francisco’s most prestigious dance award) for Outstanding Choreography and was selected by Dance Magazine as “one of the 25 To Watch”.  Scott has toured to Europe for the last 20 years teaching and performing in festivals in Moscow, Barcelona, Budapest, Berlin, Vienna (Impulstanz), Zagreb, Bucharest and Ankara to name a few. Wells has been practicing Alexander Technique for twenty five years and BMC for fifteen.

Scott’s style of contact is athletic and emphasizes freedom of movement, flying, fluid acrobatics (easy to advanced), safety, precision, pleasure and technique.  What students often like best in Scott's classes is the variance between the meditative, listening, slow and sensual dancing and the fun, playful, very physical dancing.  And students appreciate how the scary or advanced moves are safe, relaxed and made possible.

Playing, dancing, contacting in groups. Exploring togetherness together.   From contact party games to ensemble states and scores that drop you into group contact dancing.  I want to tap into our potential to connect beyond the duet (and the trio--More than Three because group experience is less known than the trio).

With the introduction of the Cranio Sacral System we get in contact with the movement and flow of the spinal fluid and the ‚puls of life‘.

After creating an open and receptive presence within us, we give space to the system of our partner. By diving into the fluid realm of the body and the divine potency we are connected to the body intelligence and the force of self healing and self regulation.
Through listening and staying present with an loving attitude we support each other  to more lightness and connectedness with oneself and others.

Sus Palm (D)

After creating dance-pieces and performances with various dancers and artist for 10 years she is teaching at the academie of fine arts in Ulm Germany and other places. Her main interest is in movement-research, body-systems, the individual expression of body-intelligence and its performance in the moment.

Invite the dance and let the dance invite you.
A dance journey from well-known movement patterns to surprise, "being liquid" and the moment ,in which the dance happens. The focus in this playshop ,is to pay attention to the body and to give it the space of experience, to move as it is possible without
having to direct it through the mind in one direction. The body impulses give you the input. Through listening and perceiving, the senses and reflexes open and
activate. You research for yourself how movement feels and set the standard, what your dance is. The solo is the base, from there it goes subtly in the contact,
energetic, delicate, to the game with weight, gravity, centrifugal force and momentum (duration of a movement, timing).

Taro Tikitiki (D)

From the yearning for spontaneous liveliness, it has attracted me to the music & dance improvisation.
Over the years I danced on many CI Jams and improv festivals & accompany them tonally.

I play on many instruments, such as Flutes, Guitar, Percussion, Frame Drum, Djembe, Digeridoo,
Jew's harp, mouthbow, monochord ... and sometimes I build myself an instrument. Vocal improvisation and the use of effects and loop device serve me as a toy.

Accompanying a CI Jam is for something other than performing a concert, as it is important to me to feel the dance field (dance for myself) and to listen, to let the "autopoetry" happen, how much is needed and when it is consistent with the sounds of the dancers to leave room or to accompany them.

The music, dance and movement improvisation is the common thread on which I playfully experience the existence, always fresh and amazed, it is a magical self-knowledge journey, which is not about to arrive somewhere, but the experience itself.

Since the year 2000, I can call myself an Integral Dance Director (CITA Munich Certificate), as a co-organizer of the Liquid Lumen Ritual, Rumble in the Jungle Dance & Music Improv Jam, the Munich ContacTango Festival and a member of the Soundmover Performance Group,I find time & space to dance and sound again & again...

The perception of moods and structures of the landscape, the fauna and flora and the elemental forces, as well as the natural ability to feel the sensory impressions in the body, to translate them in an improvised way in motion, so that the breath of nature, as a dance can be felt .
This is the playful field of research in this playshop.
You are invited to a dancing adventure, the direct experience of the environment through the sensations of the body.
Instruments such as slow motion, listening and principles of contact improvisation serve as inspiration for sensual movement, dancing and unbiased existence.
Since it is about improvisation, the critical, better-knowing & judgmental mind can take a back seat
and give way to an astonishing aliveness.
Experience for yourself how it feels.

A music & dance improv JAM

A ritual of self-awareness - perception + movement & sound improvisation

To get started with the jam, there is a warm-up ,of about 30 minutes to arrive, to feel, to listen and to follow the movement and creative impulses ...
With a soundsignal the jam stars , with a timeframe (of about 2h) in which the room is open, to make music, to dance, to wonder or to do nothing, etc. & with the invitation to get along without any verbal conversation during this time.
Everyone is jointly responsible, or co-designer / in this common space of experience.
In the end there is the possibility to exchange in circles about the experienced.
Brings instruments, curiosity and dancing pleasure.
